Different Types of Pipe Surface Finish you need to know

The Type of Pipe Surface Funish

1. 3LPE (three layer polyethylene coating)
It layered with epoxy (green) first, and then applied the second layer of adhesive (white),  in the end finished the coating by polyethylene (black).
The thickness of the 3LPE ranges from 2.0mm to 4.5mm.
  

2. Bare Pipes --- Finish the pipes with no caoting.
  

3. Black Varnished --- Applyed with 1 or 2 layers of black paint.
  

4. Galvanized --- Hot-dipped Galvanized, Electric Galvanized

  

5. Oiled --- Brushed with oil
