Advantages of welded pipe
Structural welded pipe (tubing) can be used for a wide variety of mechanical applications. It may be used either statically or dynamically. Its close tolerances, good finish, and dense structure make it ideal for parts such as structural support and parts, frames, racks, trailer beds and trailer components, structural components and supports for buildings, bridges, and highways, conveyors, machine parts, ornamental usages and a wide range of applications in industrial, construction, automotive, appliance and agricultural industries.
Welded pipes are generally more cost effective than the equivalent seamless alternative. They are significantly more available both from distributor and mill stocks and from a mill production lead time perspective. With longer lead times seamless tubes can be exposed to unknown alloying price extras that can fluctuate substantially, hence it can be difficult to plan and predict the true costs for the material. Therefore in addition to faster delivery times for Erw tubes, there is the added advantage of lower economical risk. Erw welded steel tubes generally have better surface quality as compared with manufacturing seamless tubes. Seamless tubes are generally made in multiple steps starting with hot extrusion to form the tube hollows from billets.

Austenitic Stainless Steel
Austenitic Stainless Steel
Low carbon, iron-chromium-nickel stainless alloys containing more than 16% chromium, and 4 to 22% nickel to provide an austenitic structure at normal temperatures. These alloys cannot be hardened by heat treatment, but can be hardened by cold working. They are normally non-magnetic in the annealed condition, but can become slightly magnetic after cold working depending upon composition.
Austenitic Stainless Steel Pipe
Austenitic stianless steel pipe recers to the normal temperature of austenitc stianless steel containing about 18% of Cr, 8%~10% of Ni, 0.1% of C and a stable austenite. Austenitic chrome nickel stianless steel pipe including the famous 18Cr-8Ni steel. On this basis to increase the Cr, Ni content and adding Mo, Cu, Si, Nb, Ti and other elements developed high Cr-Ni series of steel pipe. Austenitic stainless steel pipe is non-meganetic and has high toughness and plasticity. However, the strength of austenitic stainless steel pipe is low which can not be strengthened by phase transformation and can only be strengthened by cold working, such as addign S, Ca, Se, Te and other elements which has a good easing cutting characteristic.

The Safe Ways to Use Scaffolding System and Tubes
In high-rise building construction, every step outside the frame to be paved with bamboo basketry or steel fabric, in addition to deaden 1 m high railing and standing bamboo basketry board. On the outer edge of the scaffold, set up safety set net.
Second, the floor protection measures. Now most of the high-rise buildings are concrete frame constructions, widespread adoption MS pipe scaffolding support steel formwork construction. In order to do the protection of the floor construction, can use floor frame. Guard is equal to the height of the two floors of the building, protecting frame width is equivalent to the length of the building a studio.(floor care on the scaffolding tube can prevent falling to the lateral personnel construction, can also be used as a construction safety channel.)
Three, floor slanted protective measures Some concrete frame building, caused by a lack of hoisting equipment, inconvenient installation floor frame, using steel formwork support. Preferably in the surrounding buildings, the erection slanted plane, vertical height and construction of building height, the same set-up of ledger, carry on oblique one safety net. (the floor is slanted frame, also can prevent the staff falling to the outside, but in the build-up to pick frame, workers have to switch seat belt) four, socket frame protection measures.
Some high-rise building, using the plug in or the ingate cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear wall construction method, in order to ensure the safety of construction personnel. Tool type socket frame can be used, the height of the socket frame over a layer of floor, can prevent the construction layer surrounding the staff fall outward.
